Neither official, soldiers or people

are allowed without permission to enter a house or take any

goods away. They must not buy or sell by force. They must not

oppress the common people. They must not threaten, cheat, destroy

by fire, throw peoples' goods and property away. In the case of

any person offending against these rule, the gentry and the

people are hereby permitted to come to the Camp point out the

offender and accuse him. If any offence be found out by any

person in this Camp the offender will be carefully tried and

punishment meted out to him.

to the just market price. If any official or soldier, who is

trusted with the purchase of such things, enrich themselves by

not giving the value of an arcticle, then the loser is hereby

permitted to cry out and state his grievance. In addition to

being made to pay the proper price, the said official or

soldier will be severely punished as an example to others.
